A trial attorney with experience in Illinois, Michigan, and Washington DC, Jason W. Feingold is a member of the UnitedLex Corporation team in Virginia and focuses on issues in business, healthcare and product liability. Building on his Illinois background, Jason W. Mr. Feingold previously spent more than a decade with Dollar Tree in Virginia, including serving as vice president of merchandise support services. Providing results-driven advice to senior executives, he helped manage a retail buying group that purchased product valued at $5 billion annually. His role extended to oversight of merchandise display guides and store layouts, and he undertook productivity analysis that helped identify categories of product for contraction and expansion.

In the early 2000s, Mr. Feingold held responsibilities with CVS as private label director, and oversaw product lines that made up a significant percentage of front-of-store sales. His work in creating a viable business turnaround plan led to the fastest expansion rate in the four decades of the program’s existence.

Having earned his undergraduate from the University of Michigan with Honors and High Distinction, Jason W. Feingold is an ardent supporter of the sports teams from his alma mater, attending as many games as possible, especially when Michigan visits the University of Maryland. Jason W Feingold is also a life-long, die-hard fan of the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Bears.
